Let's join the tour and visit to Lapland's most famous wildlife: reindeers and huskies. At the reindeer farm you will learn many info from reindeer farming to the culture of the Lappish herders. You will also receive the reindeer driving license after you complete a ride pulled by reindeers.

Afterwards, your guide will drive to the local husky kennel, where the adorable and friendly huskies are waiting for you! Enjoy the husky sled ride drove by the musher, and get chance to take picktures with these lovely fur-iends.

Feel hungry after some exciting adventures? We got you! A delicious buffet will be waiting for you before the final and thrilling adventure on a snowmobile.

One of your guides will explain the driving and safety instructions required to drive a snowmobile that will bring you into the beautiful Arctic Forest. Don’t worry, you'll have plenty of time to take pictures during the breaks. 

Children under 140cm will sit in a sledge pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. A child over 140cm needs to sit on the snowmobile as a passenger behind the driver/guide with an adult's price.

    Please note

      Operated in Rovaniemi each year from end of November to beginning of April next year (weather permitting). The minimum number of participants for each activity is 2 adults . Single traveller could join an existing group, or choose to pay for 2 adults' price.

      Usually there are 4 adults in one husky sled, and 2 adults (or 2 adults + 2 children) in one reindeer sled (except special circumstances). However the final arrangements depend on the farms.

      The person who will drive the snowmobile should hold a valid driving license. For those who don't have one, he/she could choose to sit behind friends or the guide (if it's possible, depends on the situation).

      If there are two person per snowmobile, the driver and passenger could switch during the break of driving. For groups that have an odd number of participants, the single person will sit behind the guide, or share snowmobile with other single person in the same group (if it's possible). Or driving a solo snowmobile by purchasing the 'solo driving'.

      Shared snowmobile means two person share one snowmobile, solo driving means one person drive one snowmobile. Please note that the price is always for per person , not for snowmobiles.

      Snowmobile drivers are responsible for any damages caused to vehicles. Please refer to the indemnity clause for details.

      The duration of this activity includes transfer, clothes changing and driving & safety instruction time. Thermal overalls, winter boots, helmets and balaclava will be provided.

      The meeting time is always before the starting time of the safari if you need pick-up services. You will receive the final meeting time and meeting point by e-mail. Failure to participate in the safari due to missed meeting time or meeting point will not be refunded.
